How KC GIFT 4U processes and delivers personalised orders.

Production begins after design approval. Delivery estimates depend on the product, quantity and destination, and are confirmed before production.

Personalised products cannot normally be returned after approval unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from the approved design. Report an issue with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved replacements or refunds are processed after our team reviews the order.

Secure payment terms for KC GIFT 4U orders.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout or on the final quotation. We accept supported online payment methods and bank transfers for approved bulk orders.

Bulk and custom orders may require an advance payment before production. Once a personalised order enters production, the advance is non-refundable.

KC GIFT 4U does not store complete card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the payment provider's processing timeline.

The terms under which KC GIFT 4U supplies personalised and corporate gifts.

Customers are responsible for checking names, spellings, logos, colours, quantities and delivery details before approving a design proof. Production begins only after approval or confirmation.

Product colours and placement may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing methods and manufacturing tolerances. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice.

Customers must have permission to use every logo, photograph and design they submit. All original KC GIFT 4U website content and artwork remains the property of KC GIFT 4U and may not be reproduced without written permission.

How KC GIFT 4U collects and protects customer information.

We collect the contact, delivery, design and payment-related information needed to process enquiries and orders.

Information is shared only with service providers needed for payment, production, delivery and customer support. KC GIFT 4U does not sell customer information.
